Release 1.18.0 (minor: new public methods). Includes #178, #179, #180, #182 and #185 (TeslemetryVehicle open/close/stop_tonneau). Changes: pyproject.toml, tesla_fleet_api/init.py, uv.lock. Local gate: ruff, pyright, build and twine check pass. Full pytest left to PR CI. Merging this PR is the PyPI publish approval; the v1.18.0 tag follows the merge.
